Does anyone know how to make a retail ready label in illustrator?

hi guys,

am new to illustrtor and keen to learn the software

I want to try and make a retail ready label and was wonderign if someone can help me or point me in the direction of some guides online possibly?

I have been sent this one by a friend and was wondering how i could go about creating something like this?

What are you having trouble with specifically? Have you started from the beginning (the help files)?
