Don't have the opportunity to save files in illustrator

Hey everyone, 

I hope one of you can help me out. My problem is that I can't save my files in illustrator. It says that I don't have enough access privileges id: -5000.  Have any of you had the same problem and if yes, what did you do to change it?

So hopefully a staff member will pick this up 🤞

Have you also tried resetting your preferences or re-installing?
