I used the slice option on illustrator to create a hyperlink for a digital brochure (small sized pdf), primarily to be viewed over a mobile phone or ipad. The link is working on iOs but not on android devices.
Unable to find a fix for my problem...

Open the PDF in Acrobat and create the hyperlink in there.
