Hello

I want to Save my file as Smallest file size in PDF, but want fonts to be embeded to open the PDF with a PDF reader software (not illustrator) in another computer without problem.

Then how can I create both smallest size PDf and embed fonts in it?

Thanks in advance.

M.

Why do you want to embed the font ?

does the file contains raster images?

To maximize the compatibility with any pdf reader convert text ro outlines , then from compression settings you can customize the compression settings if the file contains images.

If you have Adobe Acrobat DC ( Adobe Acrobat Professional) version, you can optimize the file to get a smaller pdf file

Hi Mohsen, If the fonts you used are not copyright protected, it will automatically embed in the PDF, and you can see as it is in any other devices, mostly, make sure you check the 'create PDF compatible file' option from the export panel, if the fonts are copyright protected, it will show you a notification about it,

Hope this helps
