Error 25.700 when starting illustrator

I keep getting error 25.700 when starting illustrator in Windows 10. I searched all over in this support group and tried every possible solution. I also removed creative cloud completely, re-installed it, but still no luck. All other apps start up without a problem. Can anyone help me out?

Deleted the creative cloud completely. Cleaned up my hard drive, looked like I didn't have enough space left. Installed everything again and now it's all up and running.
