ERROR ABRIR SUITE ADOBE 2021 EN MI MACBOOK PRO 13 RETINA

Cordial saludo, cambié mi mac book pro 2012 a un Macbook pro 13 Retina 2015 con BIG SUR y ya he instalado la Suite adobe 2021 3 veces y no logro que abra los programas, por favor les agradezco su amable y pronta ayuda, mi trabajo s eesta viendo afectado y no logro solucionarlo, que puede ser??? Gracias
