error code 1394689636 illustrator ver 24

the full error code when tring to run illustrator, get a new box appear saying error 1394689636, Ai user suite, version 12,

any one know the cause of this?

i managed to resolve it by going ito reg editor in windows 10 and deleting the keys to illustrator, re installed it and its working fine now

Can you provide instruction on how exactly it was fixed.  I recently upgraded to the latest version of Illustrator and getting the same error.

I am now getting the same error after an uninstall and a fresh install to the latest version.

Which Reg keys did you remove?

Paying for something that doesn't work doesn't sit well with my wallet.

Step up Adobe. If the error was reported then your engineers should have ensured that the latest version addresses the issue and corrected.

I am getting this error message too. My shop has CutMaster 4 already but they are using Corel. 

I have uninstalled and re-installed and I am getting the same error. 
Can you help with this?
