Error when image tracing

When I convert a png file to .ai for printing or cutting on a vinyl cutter, something obviously goes wrong. I dont know my way about illustrator so i need help. I trace the image, expand it and save it without compression (Signcut pro doesnt allow files with compression) but when i import it into the software there are errors with the file, such as un wanted lines.

Any help is much appreciated.

Are those unwanted lines present in the AI file as well? Go to View > Outline to check.

No, it only comes up when i load it into signcut.

It might be caused by signcut.
