Espace de travail bloqué depuis connexion d'une tablette graphique

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai un soucis avec la gestion des espaces de travail sur mon Illustrator depuis que j'ai connecté une tablette graphique à mon PC.

Toutes les fenêtres et barres d'outils ont disparu, je peux les remettre manuellement mais elles disparaissent à nouveau quand je ferme ma session.

De même, impossible de sélectionner un espace de trvail existant autre que le perso ou de les réinitialiser/gérer/créer un nouvel espace de travail.

 

Quelqu'un a-t'il déjà eu ce soucis ?

Comment faire pour débloquer ça ?

  • Could you please confirm which OS and version of Illustrator you are working on?
  • Name and Model number of graphic tablet.
  • Does the issue get resolved if you disconnect the tablets?
  • Do you see your workspaces at following location?
    MAC: User/Library/Preferences/Adobe Illustrator 24 Settings
    Windows: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 24 Settings\en_US\x64\Workspaces

I'm working on Windows 10 and Illustrator 24.1.1

 

  • Name and Model number of graphic tablet.

Gaomon M10K

 

  • Does the issue get resolved if you disconnect the tablets?

No

 

  • Do you see your workspaces at following location?
    MAC: User/Library/Preferences/Adobe Illustrator 24 Settings
    Windows: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 24 Settings\en_US\x64\Workspaces
