Expanding a geometric shape with colors

I'm having trouble figuring out how to expand the paths without just moving these individuat shapes.  I just need them each to expand more into the white area without changing the existing shape.  This image shows just a portion of the whole image to protect the customer identity.  The goal is to be able to cut into the resulting image slightly without losing the complete logo.  Thank you for your help in advance!
