Export to SVG; gradientTransform incompatibility with various versions of Internet Explorer (IE)

Adobe please fix this:

Illustrator now exports gradients to SVG with different x1, y1, x2, y2, and gradientTransform values in the file. These changes are NOT compatibile with various versions of Internet Explorer (it can even fail to render with the latest IE version on Windows 10) -- the gradients are not rendered and show as odd looking solid colors. This was found by doing file diffs beween exports.

[Also, no I cant just use an old version of Illustrator CC-- I was doing this, but Adobe updated something via Creative Cloud recently, now even that version exports SVGs the same way. This is a documented problem on other help QA sites]

What we need is a Compatibility option on the SVG save dialog, allowing us to export gradients in "legacy" form or however they want to word it.

Anyone else experience this?
