Exporting issue with typographic script font

I'm having problem exporting a file that contains some text. The text looks fine in the Illustrator preview but it looks really weird in the png export. I don't really know how to describe this problem because my English is not good enough yet. I'm using Illustrator CC 24.3 on a 64-bit Windows 10 laptop. Any help would be greatly appreciated

The export looks like what Effect > Pathfinder > Exclude would create. Can you show a screenshot of your Appearance panel with the text selected?
