Exporting Paths only for AutoCAD

I am trying to export just the paths of a file to be edited in AutoCAD. Some of these client furnished files when exported have the gradients with them and I don't want that. I basically want an xray looking file with only the path lines. How do I purge all of the colors and create a line only drawing for AutoCAD?

You simply select them all and set the fill to none.
