Exporting to png/jpg goes wrong

Hello. I have an issue while exporting .ai to .png. after exporting finishes the picture size goes shrinking and the picture size is very different on the Illustrator. Is something went wrong on the settings?

Tick the 'Use Artboards' box in the file browser window when exporting.
