Exporting to PNG

Its not letting me export to PNG but its letting me export to JPEG I need it to be PNG. It says Error [!now]. How do I fix this? The file size is 1.3 MB. Is this to big to export to PNG?

What are the dimensions of your Illustrator file and what resolution do you set for export?

High resolution and the dimensions are 5000x 7100 pixels.

Are you sure you need a 1,72 Gigabyte file? That will become 20833 X 29583 px.

If you want to keep the dimensions in pixels (5000x 7100) you just export as 72 ppi.
