Eyedropper Tool is not available after Illustrator 2021 update

I updated to the latest Ai and now my eyedropper tool is gone.

I have reset my tool bar. There is no option to click into the measuring tool to get the eyedropper. Went to the advanced tool bar. I even tried the shortcut key of i to try and get it. Nothing.

If you have ESKO plugins, it's caused by them clashing with Illustrator. Both sides are working on the issue.
