Facing selection problem.

When I try to increase the size of the rectangle, here showing selection looks like direct selection tools. Please help me to fix this problem.Screenshot (487).png

Under View>Bounding Box does it say Hide or Show. To use the Bounding Box to Scale, it should say Hide.
