Faded PDFs from Illustrator

I have serched on line and found some people who have fixed this but they get option in their Illustrator window whan saving a PDF that are greyed out on my version even though mine is the latest as I pay a monthly subcription.

People have shown 'Include Profiles' clicked on and 'Convert to Destination (preserve numbers)' clicked on. But no matter what combination I try, mine are greyed out and can't be selectd. Arrggghhh!!!

Can you check your View > Color Settings and make sure that color management is enabled?
