Failed to open "text import option"

Hello,

I have a problem with an Ai file that I can not open.  It is a drawing that I had started on illustrator, I saved it as I do every time but when I come to open it it shows me a window "option to import text". 

But I have no texte in this file.
if I try to tick boxes anyway and click OK, it opens up a white image with just a red square in the middle. 
I do not know what to do, thank you in advance for any help.

Otherwise it's probably a hopeless case. You may want to safe additional copies/ backups every now and then on future projects to prevent such situations.

Which version of Illustrator are you using?

Can you share this Illustrator file that may or may not be an .ai file, so one may have a look at it?
