File Presets missing from Illustrator's home Screen

Hi, 

I just change my computer, I had installed all my softwares, but i have a problem with illustrator. All the presets disappeare. I have only some models to download. I don't want the old "Use legacy "file new" interface. I want the one i had 🙂

Hi there, 

Sorry to hear about this trouble. Could you please confirm which OS and version of Illustrator you are working on? Also, please try following these steps one by one and let us know how it goes:

• Rename CEP folder from /Library/Application Support/Adobe  to CEP.old
• If that doesn't help, rename extensions folder from /Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP to extensions.old
• If that doesn't help either, try resetting Illustrator Preferences (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html) and let us know how it goes.
  Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.
