Font missing in Ilustrator

There is error of font as attached.

I do have "SimHei" font in MS Word, but not able to find in Illustrator.

I am using Illustractor 2020.

I created PDF on my computer and the pdf file was opened in Illustruator.

And you didn't create the PDF in Illustrator?

The font might have been renamed automatically when saving the PDF and now Illustrator cannot find it. Your only chance is to replace the font in Illustrator.
