Font size/stroke weight different on another artboard

I currently struggle with different font size and stroke weights like you see on the attached picture.

I work on a few artboards in one files,which are all 1920x1080px.

 

Is there a checkmark I'm missing or is this an Illustrator bug?

Hello everybody!
I found the solution, it was a bit stupid of me.
I'm working with a lot of formulas right now and at a certain point the subscript crept in, which caused the different font sizes.

So it was solved!

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking. 40 pt Arial appears larger than 60 pt Arial?

Which version of Illustrator are you using?
