Full Screen Mode Dock for Photoshop and Illustrator

hello, I'm using MacOS High Sierra and Catalina, however I'm having a problem with the full screen when using Illustrator and photoshop. The dock shows all the time when the screen is full. Any help ?

Yes I know I can choose to hide it in system settings, but it should hide automatically like any other program when toggle full screen.
