I always get this "Get started with fun and interactive tutorial" dialog every single time I start illustrator. That's really annoying because it cover up some tools in the control bar. I need to open it and close it, and then open it again (since it's still there) and then close it again for the second time, and it's finally gone. The next time I open illustrator, it show up again.

Anyone know how to get rid of this?

ps. I've installed the latest update v25.2.1 but it still not fixed

Hi.

Try this:

Close your Illustrator.

Delete the Illustrator Preferences Folder.

Here is a quick guide on how to find the folder which contains the Adobe Illustrator Prefs file…

Mac OS users:

  1. In the Finder menu bar, follow Go > Library (this may be hidden so hold down the Alt key to reveal)
  2. Open the Preferences > Adobe > Adobe Illustrator [version*] Settings > [local language] > … folder

Windows users:

  1. Users > [username] > AppData > Roaming > Adobe > Adobe Illustrator [version*] Settings > [local language / 32/64] > …

Restart your computer.

Open Illustrator again.

Click on the lightbulb to open the "Learn" tab, then close it.
