Getting different CMYK color combination on AI and Adober color

I have an X file regarding CMYK colors. (See image attached)

Why if I use the same CMYK color percentages (0,55,40,0) I got a different color if I do it on Adobe Illustrator (on the right, coral color) than if I do it on Adobe color website (and other sites regarding color as well) (on the left, hot pink color).
Even the # hexadecimal numbers are different.

As a side note, if I insert the #number of AIllustrator on the color site I got the same coral color but the composition of CMYK is differnt (0,42,46,4)

I'm completely lost with this issue. Can someone help me to understand this please?

Nothing unusual going on here. If you want such bright colors, you have to eductate yourself about different color models, color management, gamut and so on. Typing in values on web-based "CMYK converters" is useless. It all comes down to what color profiles are used and what the target output is. Just the same it does not make any sense to then compare the RGB-based hex colors or any such thing. That's just not how this works. Your yellowish bright pink for instance may only contain yellow and magenta for print, but to render such a color on screen with sufficient luminance and the whitening effect it would still contain blue and not just green and red. Unfortunately rthere are no simple answers for al lthat CM stuff, so I suggest you start by reading the online help on how to use it in AE and take it from there.

The Adobe Color webapp does not use color management and uses very simple formulas to convert colors.

Do not use it for any serious work, use the Window > Color Themes panel in Illustrator instead (it uses your color settings).
