I have recently started getting some sort of glitch at the top of my pages when using illustrator that move about when i move the mouse? How can i get rid of it? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software.

Hi. It looks like a video driver problem. In Preferences > Performance, try disabling GPU Performance.
