Gone - right to left type tool

I have a English Middle east varsion and the last update made the right to left type tool disappeared..

I tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling but no change..

what can i do more?

There is . . . at the bottom of the toolbox, click on it

amd add your tools

Unisntalling & Reinstalling again worked for me..
