I have been asked to swatch library for client. I have already created logo using the medium spectrum from the adobe illustrator medium spectrum. The client wants to have single swatches created from the spectrum (both RGB and CYMK), example 228, 112,170 for RBG web, and E470AB for CYMK printing. I am on a mac and have used the mac colors. She also wants to have the colors for Windows PC colors. How do I do that and if I only need to use the color identification that I use in mac let me know that too. Thank you!
There are no different swatches for Mac or PC, color is color.
Use the same color profile on Mac and PC and you can give RGB and CMYK values for a consistent result.

Different swatches for Mac & PC? Ridiculous. An impossible request.
Tell client to color calibrate their monitors.

Gradients contain millions of colors, you probably don't want to create a million color library.
If you want to communicate the values of the color stops.
Create an RGB document with the RGB working space profile you need.
Fill an object with your Medium Spectrum gradient.
Select the object and from the Swatches panel choose: New Color Group
The group will contain the color stops from the gradient.
For CMYK values:
Create a CMYK document with the CMYK working space profile you need and repeat the procedure.
