Hand tool Spacebar shortcut not working when using Chrome

Hi all,

So I'm really struggling with this, I have just updated to Catalina and my hand tool spacebar shortcut stops wotking when using Chrome. It seems to apply to all Adobe products. 

Any help greatly appreciated.

It was the Wacom driver.
