Having difficulty in writing Arabic letters in Illustrator

I want to design some pictures for oneworldrental.co.uk in arabic for the sake of arabic people to explain that we are doing these services but i am unable to find the solution for this.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Could you please share a few more details about the issue you are facing while typing Arabic letters in Illustrator. 

Please make sure that you have an English-Arabic version of Illustrator installed on your machine. Steps are shared here. Once the version is already installed, please try to check out this help article to use ME features (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/arabic-hebrew.html).

The English version of Adobe Illustrator supports Arabic to some extent, if however, you wish to have full Arabic support in Illustrator, you may then remove the existing copy, or better download another copy that supports Arabic fully named: English يدعم العربية which can be found in your Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.
