Usually, my ai doesn't need to be pressed Ctrl. I only press when using hotkeys. But I don't know. What is the problem every time I press the picture. To zoom in or crop, I always have to press Ctrl. I feel like doing other work as well. Which normally doesn't have to press Ctrl, but has to press I am very skeptical how to fix it.
Sorry that my English is not good. Thank you for answering my problem.

I saw from the internet that if I press Shift + Ctrl + Window + Alt, I can reset Ai, but I can't.
