first, highlighting of text does not work with numbers

secound,  when i create outlines for text numbers disappear

Do you mean numbers in bullet and numbering paragraphs?

These numbers are normally a part of the paragraph Style. And not real numbers.

This is about Illustrator, not InDesign, right?

Which language?

The outlining problem can most probably be solved when you use Object > Flatten transparency for otulining text (remember to check the options!)
