Hola! al intentar abrir un archivo me sale error desconocido, no me deja abrir ni uno, nose porque. Alguien me puede ayudar?

Could you please share screenshot of an error and give some information such as

 

1. Is it happening with every file that you open?

2. Which OS verson? Mac or Windows?

3. Which Illustrator version

 

Getting answers of these questions will help us to guide you in better direction.
