Hot Keys for Pathfinder Tools

How can I make hotkeys for the pathfinder tools? 

I use the Unite & Divide tool from the Pathfinder palette as much as I breathe air. (At least it feels that way.) I really want to speed up my workflow by setting a hotkey to do both of those actions individually. However, when I try to set the hotkey, nothing happens for the divide tool, and I can't find where the unit tool is to set the hotkey. Is this a glitch?
