How do I create a swatch from a png?

Hi there,

I am trying to fill some shapes with a pattern. The pattern is a .png file. However the clipping mask isn't working for me becuase the shapes are too complicated.

So I need to save the picture as a swatch so that I can fill the shapes. How do I do this?

Allgood - sorted it myself 🙂 .... embed the image then drag it into the swatch panel..
