How do I export an Illustrator Symbol Library so it can be used in Indesign?

I have a symbol library that I often use when drawing in illustartor that I'd love to be able to use in InDesign.

I know Indesign has a "library" feature, but the format seems to be incompatible with Symbols.

You could try the Creative Cloud libraries. Just drag your artwork into the CC libraries panel. And then in InDesign drag them out of there.
