how do i make phone case templetes

trying to make phone case templates for designe for sublaimation custom cases and anytime i make one will not allow me to save it in the template folder  or maybe i am doing it all wrong.

any help or anyone willing to share iphone templates would be appreciated.

You might need to save them elsewhere and then move them to that folder.

Also: you could check the user privileges of the template folder and Illustrator's general writing privileges. But then again: operating systems these days basically restrict your use of the computer to the bare minimum. They think you do harm to otherwise perfect machines ...
