How do I turn off the Tutorials?

I turned off Tool Tips, but the Tutorials pop-ups just will not go away! Every session, there they are again... Help!

What OS & Ilustrator version?

Your prefs may be corrupted try resetting your prefs.

I just installed Illustrator yesterday ver 25.2.3, I'm in Mac OS 11.3.1 Big Sur, and I reset the prefs, no luck... (thanks!)

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Illustrator... so far it seems to have worked, no tutorials!
