I would like to duplicate the current selection to apply an algorithm on it. After applying this algorthim, I want to hide the previous current selection.
Today to duplicate the current selection, I'm using the command copy and paste with the suite AICommandManagerSuite.
When I'm duplicating the current selection, the objects in the current selection are automatically deselected and the new one are automatically selected.
How can I duplicate the current selection and hide it ?
Duplicating the current selection with the suite AIMatchingArt gives me also the parent objects which must not be duplicated. If a child of a group is selected, I just want to duplicate the child and not the whole group
