Well, that is a loaded question if I ever heard one. Forget Illustrator or the computer for that matter. Designing a logo starts way before looking at a monitor. Illustrator is a tool you use for "building" a file. Your logo should be well thought out and designed using, believe it or not, pencil and paper. But, for anyone to answer or help you, we need a lot more information. Sometimes building an affiliate logo is simple because you base it on the "Mother" logo. But, you give us no place to start.
