How to reduce the size of saved JPEG while maintaining 300 dpi quality

Is it possible? I am trying to save images to sell on a digital platform that caps image size at 20 MB. I am not familiar with all of the JPEG saving options, and if any of them would result in a smaller file size while maintaining the 300dpi. I am also open to compressing the JPEGs after saving. Any recomendations for a website that easily compresses JPEGs?

Thanks

More compression will always mean loss of quality. This won't result in smaller pixel dimensions, but just bad visible quality.
