Huion H610 pro v2 graphic tablet Issues

Hi:) bought a graphic tablet huion H610 pro v2. the pen and some keys do not work. don't get to create a new brush to select ,, press ,,. Only ,, fixations ,, and ,, random ,, are available. the pen draws with the same pressure. How can I fix it?

Привіт) купила графічний планшет huion h610 pro v2. В ілюстраторі не працює  натиск пера і не всі гарячі клавіші. При спробі створити новий пензлик не можна обрати в параметрах ,,натиск,, а лише доступно ,,фіксований,, і ,,випадковий,,. Де можна в налаотуваннях виправити це?

Besides that thread, you may want to contact Huion support if you continue to have problems. They may have some ideas about how to handle any problems.
