I am drawing a professional-level anime, what should I use?

Hi, since 2013 I am creating a professional-level featured anime movie, unfortunately, I am using Adobe Fireworks but there are a few limitations that (even after having written specific extensions) I cannot overcome:

  • Not enough precise rotations (no split degree)
  • Low-quality / trivial borders
  • Long saving times (even for small animations)
  • Path design tedious
  • No help with movement / scale while animating

The question is what Adobe software should I opt for to:

  • Use animated vectorial graphics for the active objects (characters, etc.)
  • Use raster graphics for the backgrounds
  • Use onion skinning to help the intercalation
  • Use precise rotations, scale and translations
  • Use high-quality transitions and effects (blur, etc.)
  • Draw beautiful, realistic, precise and highly customizable vectorial contours
  • Use both the graphic tablet, both the mouse to draw
  • Do not remain (again) excluded by abandoned software

I'd recommend Adobe Animate.
