I bought illustrator CC but can only download CC trial version

I have a problem with purchased CC products, I have assigned licenses from the Admin Consola but after logging in users do not have the option to download versions, just try versions. Licenses are well assigned because photoshop works. Ok, but the illustrator is only for try, although as an organization we bought an illustrator license.

There is only one version, so the socalled trial version is the full version, and no difference in what you download.

But you can ask Adobe here if you wish to make sure that there will be no issues with your using it:
