I can not do swetches in ilustrator

You’ll have to be more specific than that. What does it mean to “do” swatches? You can’t create them? Can’t apply them, can’t wrap your head around the concept? What?

Tell us what you are trying to do, tell us what steps you are taking, and tell us how the results are not what you expect. Screen grabs are super helpful. Don’t attach screen grabs, Use the picture icon to include them in the post.

Otherwise it is nearly impossible to provide some reasonable advice.

If you want to make a pattern, did you try Object > Pattern > Make?

Can you share a screendump of what you try to drag?

usually there is at least one contributor in this forum that may help you and provide a possible solution.

But you really have to elaborate and explain more detailed about the things you are going to do.
