I can only move any object with a minimum of 4 mm HELP

Since a few days I can only move an object with steps of 4 millimeters? I have adjusted the number in the Keyboard Incement in the general preferences, but that does not work. This is of course very annoying because sometimes you want to place a line somewhere very precisely and now that does not work. I hope someone can help me. I work in Illustrator CC. Thank you in advance.
