I cannot copy and paste from illustrator to photoshop due to PDF error

Hello Adobe community. I saw that this question has been asked before but no one really answered that. So basically whenever i try to copy (even a tiny object) from illustrator and paste it into photoshop, there is this error pops up saying "the operation cannot complete due to an unknown error [PDF!]"

I have been searching around on internet for answer but it didn't seem to help. Anyone has experienced this before, would u mind givng any advice on what to do?

• Is the issue related to a specific document? If yes, could you please share the document with us? You can upload it to the Creative Cloud (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/share.html) and share the download link. 
• Where the files are saved (Network Drive/ System HDD/ Shared Folder on System /External HDD)?
