I cannot open any of the In-App "Learn Illustrator" tutorials and I need to in the next 3 hours

I have an assignment for school due in 3 hours in which I have to complete 4 of Illustrators "In-App" tutorials, one of which is displayed here at the top of the image (Create an Icon). However, clicking on this does nothing. It doesn't take me anywhere, it doesn't open anything, it just does nothing. Does anyone know what I can do? I have 3 hours 😞
