I took out a trial of Adobe illustrator in October 2019. I used Adobe for a day or so (I'm not tech savvy, so it went totally over my head).  I did not recieve any emails or invoices following that.

 

This bring me to today, 30th June 2021, when the shock dawned on me that I have been billed in excess of £250 for over a year of product, which I had no idea I had access to, or that I was paying for. 

 

I've been on chat to Adobe support for an hour or so now, and each assistant I speak to keeps telling me that It was in the contract I signed when I entered the trial.  I feel at a loss.

 

If anyone has any advice for me, I'd be really grateful.
