I forgot to unsubscribe my 1 year plan today..
and my credit card just approved.
i don't want extend my plan 1 more year.
i just want to stop right now.
but the notice said i should pay almost half of my annual pay for penalty.
this is not fair. Adobe never noticed the auto extention.
can i cancel the plan and get my money back?
i don't want to pay my penalty!
but customer center or chat bot don't answer because today is weekend.
what should i do?

I believe you have a short window of two weeks to cancel after renewal. Go online and cancel. Check your credit card for a refund. (This may take a while.) If it doesn't not show up or the charges continue, contact Adobe Support.
